Our sheet metal process also includes bending and stamping. We can also include drilling, tapping, counterboring and countersinking.
These parts are produced by using laser cutting, water jet or chemical etching processes to form blanks from sheet metal stock. Blanks can then be bent to shape using press brakes or custom tooling to form the final design.
We can quote with STEP, IGES or most native CAD files. Material thickness can vary from 0.001″ – 0.250″.
